To guarantee seamless travel planning, it is best to reserve your vacation many months in advance. Since peak season can be very busy, the earlier you book, the more likely it is that we will be able to get you a suitable hotel room and flights. Flights during festival periods must be booked four or five months in advance.
Every visitor to Bhutan must make reservations through a reputable tour operator, like Yatara Adventure. The Royal Government of Bhutan charges a regular tourist fee of $250 per person per night.

Through the Tourism Council of Bhutan (TCB), you can pay for your vacation to Bhutan by bank transfer. It is best to send payment for flights at least four months ahead during peak travel times.
Flights into and out of Paro are arranged by Druk Air and are not included in the package price. Tickets are issued as electronic tickets for check-in.
Your funds remain in the custody of the TCB until your trip is complete. If the trip is cancelled, the government refunds your money, subject to cancellation charges.
For delays due to bad weather, airline issues, or roadblocks, there is no daily tariff. Travelers must pay for accommodation, meals, and transport during delays.
