My husband and I spent five days in Bhutan soon after the end of the Covid restrictions in September 2022. We found the name of this company on the official Bhutan tourism website and contacted Rinchen via WhatsApp. We had some ideas on the types of attractions that we liked, and Rinchen put together an itinerary and obtained visas etc.
